    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-164 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY UNITED STATES FLAG FLOWN AT A PUBLIC BUILDING, OR ON PUBLIC GROUNDS, OR PURCHASED USING PUBLIC FUNDS MUST BE MADE AND MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES.
